Tolaya is a clinically licensed therapist who started her own private practice in 2019, and filled it! Tolaya has also pivoted and scaled, resigning from her full-time job and creating a schedule that allows for the ultimate work-life balance. Being able to create much more time to be with her family, while also doing what she loves is a win for everyone.

 She also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. This not only enables her to serve clients seeking therapy, but it contributes to the awareness of the inner workings of an entrepreneur! She has over 10 years of experience in leadership and professional development, and has extensive knowledge in emotional intelligence, goal-setting, and mindfulness. Tolaya is passionate about helping individuals to create success in their professional and personal lives beyond their wildest dreams!

What process should I expect?

The length of the coaching process will vary depending on the specific goals and objectives of the client. Generally speaking, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to complete the coaching process.

Tolaya provides 1-on-1 life and business coaching services, tailored to the specific needs of each individual. She offers guidance, challenges, accountability and support to individuals in order to help them reach their goals and create favorable results! 

Tolaya also can provide group coaching programs and workshops that provide an opportunity to learn and grow together with other like-minded individuals. All services are personalized and tailored to individuals or groups.
